Position: Marketing & On-Line Development Executive

Type: Permanent

Salary: circa. £25k p.a.

We are looking for an experienced, self motivated individual to undertake the role of Marketing & On-Line Development Executive.  Reporting to senior management the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our website, continued development of our on-line shop, producing brochures and other industry related literature, producing company newsletters & e-marketing initiatives, search engine analysis, further development of the ‘Croylek’ own-brands, product labelling / packaging developments. 

A proven track record in marketing, brand development and related IT functions with strong IT skills including website design & construction, e-commerce and managing operating systems are essential for this role.  The right candidate will be able to work independently, meet specific deadlines and drive projects forward.  A familiarity with engineering and manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.  Good interpersonal and communications skills are also essential as the role will require regular contact with people inside and outside the business.
