Kann ich bestellen ohne ein Konto zu haben?

Ja. Gerne nehmen wir Kundenaufträge auf Pro-forma-Basis an. Wir senden Ihnen eine Pro-forma Rechnung und bearbeiten Ihre Bestellung, sobald Ihre Zahlung von uns erhalten wurde. Sie können per BACS Transfer oder check bezahlen. Leider können wir keine Zahlungen per Kreditkarte akzeptieren.

Können Sie mir meine Fragen beantworten und Unterstützung anbieten?

Ja. Wir haben ein sehr erfahrenes und kompetentes Vertriebsteam, sowohl in unseren Büros,als auch unterwegs und wir würden uns freuen, einen Besuch von einem unserer technischen Mitarbeiter mit Ihnen zu arrangieren.

If I cannot find the item I require in your range, can you still help me?

Yes. The electrical and mechanical industries are so varied that there are often occasions when a customer has a requirement outside of our standard range of products.

Croylek has 40 years of experience in the market place and as such we are usually able to supply our customers with whatever items they require. No matter how unusual the request may seem.

What do you charge for delivery?

a. Deliveries over £350.00 are carriage paid to UK mainland destinations. This excludes deliveries to Ireland and northern parts of Scotland where prices are quoted on an individual order basis.

b. Deliveries below £350.00 are subject to a carriage charge of £12.00 up to 25kg. This will increase thereafter depending on weight. Exceptions to this will be heavier items such as sheet materials and palletised items. These will be confirmed to you at the point of order.

What is the latest time I can order for a next day delivery?

Our Sales office can usually accept orders any time up to 3pm for next day delivery.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For stock items our MOQ will be the standard pack or reel size for that item. MOQ’s will vary on specially manufactured items and we will advise you of these at the quotation stage.

What is your minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is £25.00 per order.

What is your standard lead time?

a. All stock items are delivered on a next day service up to close of business, with the exception of Ireland and northern parts of Scotland, which are 2-3 days.

b. Lead times on specially manufactured items will vary. Please ask one of our Sales advisors for details.

What type of products can you supply?

Croylek is the market leader in the supply of insulation, thermal and mechanical protection products to the electrical and mechanical industries. We have been established since 1964 and are experts in our field.

Where do you deliver to?

Croylek has an international customer base. We deliver to the four corners of the globe and have an experienced export department.

If I want to order goods from outside the UK, how do I do that?

Croylek has many years of experience in exporting our products from the UK to customers all over the world. However, we also have branch locations in Hong Kong & the United Arab Emirates, therefore we can offer local logistics solutions to customers in these Eastern regions.
