Description
This is a range of high quality electrical presspapers and pressboards in several different grades ranging from 100% Kraft to pure cottons, for many different uses.
Applications
• Interlayer insulation
• Outer wraps
• Lead exit protection
• Layer end packing
• Oil immersed transformers
Properties
• Tensile Strength: 70-90 N/mm2
• Electric Strength: 10-14 kV/mm
Characteristics
• Flexible in thinner sections
• Conforms well to uneven surfaces
• Easy to shape and form
Availability
In several different grades, varying in colour from buff to blue, in thicknesses of 0.10mm to 3mm. Also available in tube and rod form.
