How do I place an order for an item which is not your website?
Please send your enquiry to email@example.com, or give us a call on 020 8668 1481. We will send you through an official quotation, and once we have received your order we can send through a Pro-Forma invoice or set up a Credit Account.
How long does it take for a credit account to be set up?
It really depends on how quickly your trade referees come back to us with the relevant information we have requested.
How do I pay for my order?
On-line orders can be paid for by Credit card or via Paypal. Orders placed direct with our sales team can also be paid for using these two options or by bank transfer.
Will online purchases save my card details for future orders?
No, your details will not be retained on our system.
Will I receive an order acknowledgment?
Yes, you will receive an acknowledgement email once payment has been made, and then again when your order has been despatched for delivery.

If I cannot find the item I require in your range, can you still help me?
Yes - the electrical and mechanical industries are so varied that there are often occasions when a customer has a requirement outside of our standard range of products.
Croylek has over 55 years of experience in the marketplace and as such, we are usually able to supply our customers with whatever items they require. No matter how unusual the request may seem.
What is the latest time I can order for a next day delivery?
Our Sales office can usually accept orders any time up to 3pm for next day delivery.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock items, our MOQ will be the standard pack or reel size for that item. MOQs will vary on specially manufactured items and we will advise you of these at the quotation stage.
What is your standard lead time?
- All stock items are delivered on a next day service up to close of business, with the exception of Ireland and northern parts of Scotland, which are 2-3 days.
- Lead times on specially manufactured items will vary. Please ask one of our Sales advisors for details.
